This charcoal pan is designed to help protect your spit base from the hot coals and increase its lifespan. With legs raising the tray off the bottom of the tray by 2cm, the base of your spit will be fully protected from the heat. The charcoal pan also assists in cleaning your rotissiere as you just remove it after cooking and tip out the coals.
