Introducing the Flaming Coals Stainless Steel BBQ with 20 auto-rotating skewers. These narrow charcoal grills are perfect for your favourite Malaysian or Indonesian Satay skewers, French style brochettes, Greek mini souvlaki or kalamaki, Italian Spiedini or Arrosticini. 

Effortlessly create mouthwatering kebabs that will tantalise your taste buds and impress your guests. Automatic rotation of the skewers means no more burnt food! Enjoy even cooking, the motor does all the work! This BBQ comes with 100 bamboo skewers to start cooking straight away, however, we recommend using 30cm long bamboo skewers (4mm diameter) with approximately 10 cm chunks of meat or vegetables which start 2-3cm away from the tip of the skewer.  

Skewers should be around 15 to 18mm in thickness and should cook relatively quickly around 5-9 minutes depending on the protein. If you use larger chunks of meat, then the more time it will take to cook properly. We recommend using an instant-read thermometer. 

The charcoal grate is positioned inside the BBQ and has been designed with efficiency in mind. Using a circular perforated pattern that actively aids airflow to rise upwards inside the grill and the remaining ash to remain in the lower section of the BBQ makes cleaning and fire maintenance EASY!
