Why Yeti Coolers Are Worth Every Cent!

Yeti is the number one cooler brand in the USA and since entering the Australian market 18 months ago, Yeti is taking the BBQ, fishing and camping market by storm!

So what makes Yeti cooler worth their price tag?

The outside of the Yeti coolers is made from polyethylene through rotomolding which uses high temperature and low pressure to make a single piece of hollow plastic. This outer shell is then pressure injected with up to 75mm of commercial-grade polyurethane foam.

In addition to its high-quality construction, Yeti coolers feature a full-frame freezer quality gasket that seals the entire lid, locking the cool in and the heat out. Speak to anyone who has a Yeti and you’ll hear stories of campers heading out for a long weekend and coming back 3-4 days later with the Yeti still full of ice.

All Yeti products come with an impressive 5-year warranty. While Yeti products are made extremely well, customers can have confidence that in the unlikely event that something does go wrong, Yeti absolutely back their brand and products.

While Yeti is mainly known for their coolers, the drinkware range is also taking off as every day Australians want to keep their coffee hot and their wine cold for longer. When I was first looking at adding Yeti products to our product offering, I initially wasn’t keen on the drinkware, until I tried one for myself! Anyone that knows me knows that I have a habit of doing 20 things at once and that I never get to enjoy a hot cup of coffee. Normally, I take one mouthful, put it down to speak to a customer, get distracted and run off to the warehouse, start restocking the showroom, meet with staff and before I know it, it’s lunchtime and my cup of coffee is stone cold. Once I made the switch from a normal Thermo cup to a Yeti Rambler Tumbler, my coffee stayed piping hot from 7 am through to lunchtime! I did the same thing with a cup of tea, and while the Yeti Rambler Tumbler kept my tea scorching hot, it did its job too well and I burnt the tip of my tongue….lesson learned.

Amazingly, I don’t drink alcohol, but working in a BBQ company, there is certainly no shortage of people that do. I hear the beer coasters aka stubby holders are amazing (not that any of the guys in our office would nurse a beer long enough for it to go warm) and that the wine coolers are great for buttering up the better half when you’ve spent way too much money on a new BBQ. Available in a range of colours, there’s a Yeti drinkware coulter, rambler tumbler, wine tumbler and water bottle to suit almost any use.

The Yeti range is now available at our Seaford VIC store. Check Here
