Charcoal Pans

If you are spit roasting, you will need to protect the tray or base of your spit roaster. This is where a charcoal tray (charcoal pan) comes in handy. The charcoal tray takes most of the heat and bends and buckles from the heat. Thereby not affecting the actual spit roaster tray/ base. The charcoal tray also makes it a breeze to clean out the charcoal ash.
