• Discount codes including welcome offer & affiliate codes do not apply to sale items and bundles that are already discounted.

Abandoned Cart Discount Code and Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

By using the discount codes and gift vouchers offered in abandoned cart emails, you agree to the following terms and conditions. BBQ Spit Rotisseries reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Eligibility: Abandoned cart offers are sent only to customers who have entered an email address and subscribed to our newsletter after adding items to their cart but not completing their purchase. These offers are based on browsing behaviour and are not available to every customer.
2. Subscription Requirement: Only customers who are subscribed to our newsletter at the time of cart abandonment may receive these offers.
3. Discount Code Conditions

• Discount Codes: Discount codes must be entered at checkout for the discount to apply. 
• Each code is valid for a single use only and must be used within 7 days of receiving the email. 
• Non-Stackable: Discount codes cannot be used with any other coupon, voucher, offer, or discount. 
• Minimum Spend Requirements: Certain discount codes may have minimum spend requirements, which will be specified in the offer email. 
• One Discount Code Per Order: Only one discount code from a set of abandoned cart offers can be used per order.

• Gift Voucher Issuance: Gift vouchers are issued after the completion and payment of an eligible order and will be emailed to you for use on your next purchase. 
• Minimum Spend Requirements: Certain gift vouchers have minimum spend requirements to qualify, which will be stated in the offer email. 
• Validity: Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or offers and must be used within the timeframe specified in the offer email.

BLACK FRIDAY SALE

1. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from 25 November and will end on midnight 3 December. No extensions will be granted.
2. Offer Details: Prices are as marked on the website and in-store, with the discount already applied.
3. Eligibility: The promotion is open to all customers, online and in-store. No promotional code is required to receive the discount.
