The Baking Dish - Sizzler Deluxe BBQ Tray is manufactured using high-quality corrosion-resistant 443-grade stainless steel. This baking tray lets you bake meat or veggies in your Sizzler BBQ. It fits perfectly across the back of the BBQ, holding all your meat and veg nicely together letting you maximise the useful cooking area of your Sizzler. Like your home oven, you can now use your Marine or Caravan BBQ to roast your favourite meals.

For the best results and maximum space, we recommend pairing the baking tray with a Cooking Rack for the Sizzler Deluxe. This gives you more room and better heat control. To use the baking dish in your barbecue, remove the hotplate, insert the cooking rack, and then place the baking tray on the cooking rack at the rear of the BBQ. You only need to light the front burner not the rear. Halfway through the cook, it's also a good idea to turn the tray so your food is evenly cooked all around. If you don't have the cooking rack then you can still use the baking tray by sitting it on the hotplate or grill towards the rear of your BBQ.
