Boomas BBQ Clucked and Plucked Chicken Seasoning. Is perfect for chicken, duck and even pork. As Boomas rhyme goes "If it clucks you're in luck, even works for a low flying duck, or if a pig could, you would" Luckily his rubs are better than his rhymes.

Try Boomas Chicken Seasoning out using his recipe below, you won't be disappointed!

Spatchcock Chicken Recipe

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 1.5-2 hours depending on the chicken size

Ingredients:

1.5-2kg chicken
Clucked and Plucked Chicken Seasoning

Chicken Preparation:

Remove the backbone of the chicken. Chicken shears work really well for this. Start by cutting approx 15mm to one side of the backbone. Cut all the way from the neck cavity to the exit cavity. Then repeat on the adjacent side of the backbone.
Open and flatten out the chicken, meat side down (skin side up), pressing firmly on the breasts to crack and compress the chest down. Fold legs out and wings in.
Once the chicken is nice and flat, apply seasoning to both sides. Nice even coating throughout. The more seasoning the stronger the awesome flavour
Set up the gas or charcoal bbq for indirect cooking and get it up to approximately 325f/160c, The higher heat helps you achieve crispy skin.
Place chicken in your bbq meat side down, skin side up
Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of minimum 165f/75c in all areas (light/dark meat)

Net Wt. 180g.

You will be told at the start of a call that it is being recorded. If you would prefer your call not to be recorded, please tell the team member you are speaking with and we will offer an alternative, such as continuing by email or arranging a call back on an unrecorded line.

Call recordings may contain personal information including your name, contact details, address and order details. They are stored securely within our telephone system, access is limited to authorised staff and management, and they are retained for 12 months before being deleted.

We do not use call recordings for marketing, and we will not publish or share a recording of your call without your consent, except where we are required or permitted by law to do so. You can request access to a recording of your own call using the contact details at the end of this policy.

You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, replying STOP to a marketing SMS, or emailing sales@bbqspitrotisseries.com.au. We will action your request promptly.

Opting out of marketing does not stop us sending you messages about an order you have placed, such as order confirmations, dispatch notifications and delivery updates. If you ask us where we obtained your details from, we will tell you if it is reasonable and practicable to do so.

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information or breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please tell us first so we have a chance to put it right.
