FAQ's

What foods can be sliced?

The shorter, coarser blade set is well-suited for meats, regular breads, and small-sized foods, while the longer, finer blade set is perfect for cakes, artisan breads, and more delicate culinary creations.

What are the blades constructed from?

Durable serrated stainless steel blades remain sharp to ensure efficient slicing and carving.

Do I need to Sharpen the blades?

The serrated blades don't need sharpening.

How do I remove the blades?

First, switch off the power at the outlet and unplug the device. Push the Blade Release Buttons backward, grip the blades by their safety guards with the cutting edge pointing downward, and withdraw them from their slots. After this, you can separate the two individual blades by sliding them in opposite directions, aligning the rivet on one blade with the release hole on the other blade.
