The Cooking Rack | Sizzler Max is a great addition to your sizzler BBQ and increases the versatility of your Sizzler Max. Removing your hotplate and installing the cooking Rack provides close contact with the heat generated by the gas burners. This in turn converts your barbeque into an efficient stovetop for your pots and pans. A small pot or saucepan coupled with a regular-size frying pan will fit without difficulty on the Sizzler Max with the cooking rack installed. You can also use your bbq as an oven by using just the front burner and shutting the lid which will cook your food in about the same amount of time as your home oven. In order to maximise heat efficiency and make efficient use of gas, the Cooking Rack is positioned low above the burners.
