EZ Temp Dual Probe Remote Food Thermometer
Model: EZTEMP
One of the most important pieces of equipment that anyone who smokes should have other than an instant-read food thermometer is a wireless smoker thermometer. The reason for this is that it gives you freedom. Some cooks take 12 hours or more and unless you want to be walking to your smoker every 15 minutes to check everything is going ok then you need some way to measure the cooking chamber temperature from afar. A wireless temperature gauge will do this for you.
The EZ Temp Dual Probe Remote Food Thermometer lets you monitor your temperatures at a distance. It has a sending unit with 2 probes and a wireless receiver. The beauty of this smoker temperature unit is that it lets you set a maximum and minimum alarm for the oven probe. This means that you can sit the received in the corner of your room while watching TV and if for some reason the temperature spikes or your fire starts going out, an alarm will sound so you can go and fix the problem. You can also set an alarm on your food probe so you can be notified when you need to wrap your meat or remove it for resting.
No longer do you need to stand at your BBQ, smoker, grill or oven to monitor the temperature of your meat or cooking surface temp. The Eztemp remote temperature probes will give you the freedom to do other things while smoking.
