The Rib Rack | Reversible Non-Stick BBQ Stand is a way that you can cook up to 6 racks of ribs in an upright position and utilise more of that area in your BBQ or smoker.

The rack is also a dual-purpose rib or roast rack that can be used upright to hold roasts or whole chickens and then flipped over to act as an efficient rib rack that can handle up to six vertically stacked racks of ribs in considerably less space than if cooked horizontally.
