Sausage Seasoning Kit – Mum's Curried Sausages | Home Butchery. These delicious sausages will evoke memories of your mom's homemade curried sausages with their rich blend of traditional Indian spices and whole fermented peppercorns. They complement various meat choices perfectly and can even double as seasoning for hamburgers.
Best paired with: Lamb, Pork, Venison and Goat
Size:
5kg Batch – 45g per 1kg of meat.
What you need:
- 5kg Beef, Lamb, Pork, Venison or Goat or any combination of meat (30% fat)
- 500mL water, chilled
- 1pk Carnivore Collective Mum’s Curried Sausage Mix
Method:
1. Mince meat with a fine to medium plate.
2. Combine spices and water with meat.
3. Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
4. Fill chosen casings.
