Sizzler Max Baking Tray Dish

The Sizzler Max Baking Tray Dish is manufactured using high-quality 443-grade stainless steel and lets you bake meat or veggies in your Sizzler BBQ. The Baking tray fits perfectly across the back of the BBQ, holding all your meat and veg nicely together. Just like your oven at home, you can now use your Caravan BBQ to roast your favourite meals.
For the best results, we recommend pairing the baking tray with a Cooking Rack for the Sizzler Max. This gives you more room and better heat control. To use the baking dish, simply remove the hotplate, insert the cooking rack, and then set the baking tray on the cooking rack towards the rear of the BBQ. You only need to light the front burner not the rear. Halfway through the cook we also recommend turning the tray so your food is evenly cooked. If you don't have the cooking rack then you can still use the baking tray by sitting it on the hotplate towards the rear of the BBQ.
