Warthog V-Sharp Classic II Knife Sharpener

The Warthog V-Sharp Classic II Knife Sharpener uses two high quality, 325 grit diamond rods that sharpen the blade on both sides at the same time and at the same angle, using calibrated Spring Tension for the correct sharpening pressure. It's ideal for sharpening Kitchen, Fillet, Hunting, and most other flat-blade knives.

This high-quality diamond Sharpener manufactured by Warthog Sharpeners has a hand-crafted Steel Frame, Solid Rubber Base, and durable Black Powder-coat finish.

The sharpening angle on the V-Sharp Classic II can also be adjusted to suit your cutting requirements:

30° Angle for Steeling & Rough cutting work -wide durable edge meant for chopping.

25° Angle for Hunting knives, Pocket knives, Chefs Chopping Knives - Durable edge for cutting on hard surfaces.

20° Angle for Kitchen knives, Boning knives, Carvingknives and Paring knives - Slicing edge for meats, vegetables, and soft materials.

When sharpening is completed you can rotate the Dual sharpening Rods with steeling honer facing up and then increase to the next angle, this is the final honing stage for the steeling to achieve a razor edge.
