Breakfast tacos are a great way to start your day on an exciting and delicious note. Using items you most likely already have on hand, make this simple, quick, and full meal that will provide you with all the energy you need for the day. BACON & EGGS BREAKFAST TACOS!

YOU WILL NEED

THE PREP

If you frequently find yourself wanting more from your breakfast, this is the recipe for you. It's also quite quick - the only true preparation required is having all of the ingredients on hand. Nobody likes to get out of bed, go to the supermarket, and then come back to have breakfast!

So, assuming you have a well-stocked pantry, here's how to create some delicious bacon and eggs morning tacos.

THE COOK

Let's get started! Melt butter in a 10-inch frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the bacon until it reaches the desired crispiness. Then remove it from the pan, but keep the bacon fat.

Next, add 3 tablespoons of bacon fat and 1 tablespoon of butter to the same frying pan. Cook the diced onions in the bacon oil and butter until they are slightly transparent. Then season with 1 teaspoon Cow Cover Hot, 1 teaspoon Dirty Bird, 1 teaspoon Honey Killer Bee, and 1 teaspoon SPG rub. Add red pepper flakes (to taste) for a little more spice!

Set aside the frying pan and grab a bowl after you're finished. Break the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk in the milk. This will add volume to the eggs, making them fluffy and wonderful!

Melt 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil in a 6-inch frying pan over medium heat. When the mixture is heated, add the beaten eggs/milk mixture. Top with grated cheese and season with 1 teaspoon SPG.

THE PAYOFF

Everything is set for some delicious breakfast tacos! The only thing left to do is heat up the tortillas and assemble them. To the tortilla, layer the following ingredients in the following order: tortilla - potatoes - eggs - salsa - hot sauce (optional) - bacon - cilantro as decoration.
