ReCalibatable Flaming Coals BBQ Smoker Thermometer Gauge - Small is a direct replacement for the Hark Texas Pro Pit, ProSmoke offset and the Flaming Coals Texas Offset Smoker. Complete with colour-coded temperature zones so you can easily see if you are in the correct temperature range and a re-calibration adjustment screw. The display is in both degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit. 7cm diameter face.
