Do you like the idea of making your own spit rotisserie, but need a helping hand? This DIY BBQ Spit Rotisserie Set - Stainless Steel with Motor is the ideal companion to a custom made spit roaster pit. Essentially, we've designed the top section with the uprights, skewer, accessories and motor. All you need to do is make the frame/base. 

Either bolt the uprights onto an existing 44 gallon drum, frame, BBQ etc, or simply hammer some wooden stakes into the ground, slide the upright pillars onto the stakes and cook directly over an open fire.
