The Parilla Barbeque comes with a wheel crank allowing you to adjust the height of the grill over the fire or hot coals. This feature allows you to cook meat and vegetables at your desired temperature. Even if you have a large raging fire you will be able to lift your grill well above so you don't burn your food. The grill is made with V channels that slope forward. These channels catch the fat then the fat flows forward to the removable fat catch trays. The grills can also easily be removed to clean just scrub them clean with your wire BBQ grill brush.
