• With a single charcoal fill, the Slow 'N Sear® will run for 8+ hours “low-n-slow” (225-250° F) operation without any need for you to keep an eye on it; if required, restocking the Slow 'N Sear® couldn't be smoother
• During low 'n slow cooks, 5+ hours of steam is created from the integrated water tank to enrich meat with clean, smoky flavor (the tank is not removable)
• Gain a great restaurant-quality sear by heating the sear zone to over 1000° F
• Open bottom – rests on the kettle's charcoal grate
