Texas Sugar BBQ Rub a sweet heat pork and poultry rub is very versatile. It begins sweet before having a tiny kick at the end, very similar to our highly popular Holy Voodoo. It tastes great on popcorn, smoked cream cheese, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, turkey, and other meats.

Although not too sweet, the rub is delicious. It has less sugar than six of our current seasonings, in fact. Texas Sugar is just a catchy name that we always wanted to use!

The seasoning's origins can be traced back to Matt's competition BBQ days. Using this rub on their ribs, pig, and chicken entries in KCBS and IBCA competitions, many people have "gotten paid" at BBQ competitions.
