This gives the meat amazing flavour and tenderness. The churrasco ( Brazilian BBQ) has 3 large skewers for cooking large pieces of meat or chicken and also 12 smaller kebab-style skewers. Both sets of skewers are run on individual motors. This makes it an easy way to cook.‚
