Sausage Seasoning Kit – Lamb, Mint & Honey | Home Butcher. The classic pairing of lamb and mint receives an extra delightful touch with the incorporation of honey. A gentle, flavourful sausage that will be adored by everyone in the family. (Free from gluten)

Size:

5kg Batch – 45g per 1kg of meat.

What You Need:

• 5kg Lamb (approximately 30% fat)
• 500ml water, chilled
• 150g Honey
• 1pk Carnivore Collective Mint & Honey Mix

Method:

1. Mince meat with a medium plate.
2. Combine spices, honey and water with meat.
3. Mix thoroughly, kneading the meat until it is sticky.
4. Fill chosen casings

Ingredients:

Rice Flour, Salt, Herbs, Soy Protein, Garlic, Pepper, Capsicum. Gluten Free & Preservative Free.
