The Asado Parrilla Grill insert is constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel components and a stylish black large crank wheel. The authentic V-shaped grill slopes forward, catching the fat and fluid from your food and draining it into the fat catch tray. This reduces flare-ups and makes the cleanup process easy. The grill has a large height adjustment range that allows you to keep the grill all the way at the top for some slow cooking with maximum smoke flavour, drop the grill down low for a quick sear or have it halfway up for some flame grilling. The height of the grill is easily lifted by rotating the crank wheel and can be lowered by lifting the locking lever and rotating the crank wheel in the opposite direction.

Parilla grills can be used with timber, charcoal or even briquettes however for maximum flavour timber is recommended or natural lump charcoal with some extra timber chunks thrown in for flavour.
