Smoked Pulled Pork Burito Recipe

Ingredients:

1.) Pork shoulder or Boston Buff
2.) 1 packet of Old El Paso
3.) Burrito Mix
4.) 1 small onion cut into small blocks
5.) 1 tomato cut into small blocks
6.) Burritos
7.) Sour cream

Procedure:

1.) Rub the pork shoulder in the rub ingredients until fully covered
2.) Place in smoker at 225 degrees Fahrenheit and use a chunk of cherry wood.
3.) When the internal temperature hits 160 degrees Fahrenheit, wrap the pork shoulder in foil, adding ¼ cup apple juice.
4.) Place back in the smoker and when 205 degrees Fahrenheit.
5.) Then all done.
6.) Pull pork apart and add sauce ingredients until pork is slightly moist. Add to roll with cabbage.

HOT TIP:

Use a thermometer (We recommend EZ Temp Thermometer) to constantly monitor the internal temperature of the meat so you can track whether your meal will be ready on time.
