Rotisserie Salmon: Our how to guide on a Jumbuck Mini Spit 

If you're looking to cook salmon on a spit rotisserie, look no further! In this post, we'll walk you through the steps involved in making this delicious dish. Salmon is a healthy and flavourful protein that is perfect for grilling on a rotisserie. Not only is it easy to make, but it also looks impressive when served at your next dinner party!

Method

1. Apply a generous amount of Meat Graffiti ‘Vandal’ All purpose rub to the salmon fillet as a base layer

2. Next add a layer of Lanes Chili Lime. Remember to cover the entire surface area of the salmon with both rubs.

3. Load your salmon fillet into the Flaming Coals Spit rotisserie basket

4. Light your charcoal chimney with lump charcoal and then empty it into the base of the jumbuck mini spit

5. Load your skewer onto the spit and turn on the motor

6. After 25 minutes it's time to check the internal temperature. We removed the salmon when it reached 76 degrees celsius.

7. Add the Lanes Pineapple Chipotle sauce to the salmon and serve immediately.
