Enter the Flaming Coals Tempmaster Pro Automatic BBQ temperature fan. The fan unit attaches to the (usually bottom) vent of your smoker with all the other lower vents closed. The fan unit then connects to a control unit where you set your desired cooking temperature. The control unit has a probe in the BBQ monitoring temperature changes. This allows it to control the speed the fan is blowing air into the fire chamber through the vent, controlling the fire and the temperature in your BBQ.
The Tempmaster Pro senses temperature changes and corrects for them in less time than it would take you to put your drink down and read the gauge on the BBQ. It hums away for long cooks - not just making sure the temperature is right but also that you use minimal fuel.
